What it is
Independent of household water pressure
Onboard tank of CitroTech solution feeds the sprinkler layout. Does not rely on municipal water pressure. Requires electricity — battery/backup options may be available depending on install (assessment-dependent).

Hardware install: sprinkler lines that defend vegetation and defensible-space edges around the structure when activated.
Combined
Roof-mounted + perimeter hardware when layout and risk profile warrant both.

Alongside CitroSafe™ hardware, Reliable Wildfire Defense offers CitroTech 34 (MFB-34) is a clear-coat fire protection for lumber, plywood, and OSB — Class A performance while preserving strength and appearance (per CitroTech). Certified under DrJ TER 2504-101 and tested to ASTM E84 and E2768 (per CitroTech). Clear / absorbs into wood; for exposed beams, eaves, and architectural siding. Limits flame spread and smoke development (per CitroTech). Can be mill-, yard-, or on-site applied.
Class A here is the wood treatment’s surface-burning classification — not a wildfire survival guarantee, not an automatic FAIR Plan discount, not a Class A roof covering, not seasonal perimeter / vegetation spray, and not a CitroSafe hardware system.

Ground-level nozzles aimed at vegetation and defensible-space edges around the structure.

Black piping, gauges, and valves that tie tank, pump, roof heads, and perimeter nozzles into one layout.

Cellular controller + app
Activate after you leave. Starlink is a weak-coverage assist only — not built into every unit.

Cellular first. Starlink only when coverage is weak.
Cellular controller
Systems use a cellular controller with a dedicated equipment phone number. Activate via app / authenticated command after you leave. SMS/commands go to the equipment SIM — not your personal phone. Manual on-site override exists as backup.
Starlink-assisted (site-dependent)
Activate remotely over cellular networks. Where cell coverage is weak, Starlink-assisted cellular options can keep the controller reachable.
We do not claim Starlink is built into every CitroSafe unit.

Structure hardening alongside the perimeter
Reliable Wildfire Defense (operated by Reliable Roofing San Diego) is Peak 301 / O’Hagin / SolEmber certified and also offers Class A roofs and CitroTech 34 lumber coatings under the CitroTech Certified Partner line. These measures complement CitroSafe™ systems and seasonal perimeter / defensible-space spray. They do not replace those paths or guarantee a wildfire outcome or a FAIR Plan / insurance result.

Roof Rejuvenation · Peak 301
Peak 301 is a soy-based asphalt shingle roof rejuvenation treatment (Colorbiotics).
Independent testing (Peak 301): one application reduced fire spread from 44 inches to 14 inches — a 68% improvement in fire protection for the roof.
The Peak 301 formula is based on 35% soy oil and contains no methyl esters (per Peak 301). Attributed to Peak 301 / independent testing — not a Reliable Wildfire Defense lab result.

SolEmber™ by SolaTrim®
SolEmber™ by SolaTrim® is a wildfire and wildlife barrier for rooftop solar arrays using FireStorm® EmberMesh.
Blocks embers, wildfire fuel, and debris from entry points under solar arrays (per Nixalite / SolaTrim).
Evaluated to ASTM E2886, ASTM E84, and ASTM E2768 (per Nixalite). Class A fire-rated (ASTM E84); CA Building Code Chapter 7A compliant; WUI / IWUI ready (per Nixalite). Meets CAL FIRE “Low-Cost Retrofit List” standards (per Nixalite). 304 stainless steel with a black powder coat; peel-and-stick 3M VHB™ for retrofit under solar (per Nixalite).
